Faculty of Technology at the University of Novi Sad was founded in 1959 with the primary aim of providing academic education for food technology engineers. Faculty of Technology organizes scientific activities for all appointed fundamental and applied investigations in food, chemical and biotechnological engineering, as well as in environmental analysis. The Faculty of Technology team involved in CEFSER will be backuped with permanent Faculty of Technology staff appointed to the project, including the web administrator. The team has strong background in food and environmental safety issues. |

Prof. Biljana Škrbić, PhD – PROJECT COORDINATOR (PC): significant experience in coordination of research projects with strong background in food safety, environmental impacts on food chain, environmental pollution and protection, etc.; founder and head of LabCHEMCONT that evolved into the CEFSER Centre (2009-) and Laboratory for Chemical Contaminants and Sustainable Development (2015-); reviewer of research projects and papers; member of the scientific and regulatory associations and committees; references: 9 books, 429 scientific papers and presentations - 109 from the SCI list. |

Nataša Ðuršić-Mladenović, PhD - PROJECT COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR (CC): Assistant Professor at Faculty of Technology (29 articles published in journals from the SCI List addressing the chemical contaminants monitoring, applied chemometrics, thermochemical conversion of biomass), involved in development of research projects, supporting the communicating and correspondence duties. |
